The Challenge

Waterfront on the Gold Coast is one of the rarest landholdings on the water, and very little of it reaches the public market.
Josh couldn't step away from the business to get to inspections, so every property that mattered still needed someone to assess it on his behalf.
Even with funds ready to go, the right properties weren't the ones turning up in a normal search. Reaching them meant relationships and access most buyers don't have.
